THE PENTHOUSE PRICES.

HOW TO BOOK}- What comes first? The Chicken or the Egg? Do I book a flight and hope to find accommodation that is acceptable? Or do I book the accommodation I like the look of and pray I can get the flights, both ways, to match? Difficult?
NO, not if you do it our way...Read on, we'll make it easy for you...

HERE'S HOW}- Check availability with us first. We will then, ON YOUR REQUEST, guarantee to hold a period (or a couple of periods perhaps - to give you more options), for 24 hours, whilst you go search for your flights. If/When you can find flights that match, you can go right ahead there and then and book them, safe in the knowledge that your apartment is secure for you already.
Book the flight, then confirm with us,(within the 24 hours).
If you can't find suitable flights, then just contact us and cancel the pencilled in reservation. (No cost to you). We try to make this process easy for you.

Changeover day - Both apartments are flexible.
Available from 2 p.m.
Vacate by 12 noon.
Both are negociable, depending on individual arrival and departure times.

FOR "THE PENTHOUSE"

We are priced at €400 a week, based on two people sharing. The price has stayed the same for the past 3 years, all year round.
Add €100 for the use of the second bedroom, (either one or two people).

All we need is a refundable deposit of €100 or (80 Sterling per week), against damages, breakages etc., which will be returned to you (all being well) after your holiday. This will also secure your holiday booking with us.

To Book - Simply transfer your deposit to our U.K. bank account. Details of which will be supplied upon request.
Upon receipt we will confirm all details of your booking.

Your holiday payment is then due six weeks prior to travel. Don't worry though, we send you an email reminder!
