This stylish Penthouse is spacious, fully furnished and well equipped. Everything is either in your apartment and (or) on your doorstep. It has beautiful decor throughout. With quality all around you. In addition we have just installed a Hot-Tub/Jacuzzi on the Terrace, it's fantastic!
The Penthouse comfortably accommodates four adults. Two Bedrooms, one has a double bed, the other has two singles, with quality bed linen. Both have plenty of wardrobe space, hair dryers, ceiling cooling fans, bedside clock/radios and one has a lockable safety box.
The Kitchen is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils & electrical appliances, including a microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker, oven with rotisserie, 4 ring ceramic hob, a juicer, kettle & toaster. The Lounge has a heater,a cooling fan, air conditioning, a 28" TV, DVD with over 500(English) films available, Satellite TV and Stereo system. Comfortable suite & coffee table. The dining table seats 5 people maximum with place settings etc...
Large bathroom with bath, shower and plenty of fresh towels. Also included are soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet rolls.
Utility room has a washing machine (with detergent), drying & ironing facilities. There is a key safe at the entrance.
On arrival you will receive gifts of a bottle of wine, basket of fruit, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water to get you started.
It is strictly a No Smoking Apartment (except on the terrace) and No Pets.

If you are renting a car there are plenty of parking spaces. It's Fantastic! The Penthouse is set back a couple of streets from the front, around the corner from the apartment (literary steps away) is "Los Hervideros", one of the best restaurants in Playa Blanca.
Entertainment and Our Special Welcome.
For those who like to lounge about at the pool, we have great news. You are located, not only close to the Beach, but also to many Hotels that will welcome you (if you are either drinking or eating, or both) to enjoy their facilities e.g, pools and live entertainment. Meals (for all you can eat buffet, hot and cold) are between €12 and €15, they are great value.
A very warm welcome is assured from us, Brian & Lesley. We ensure that your stay here will be wonderful. We provide the little things that make all the difference e.g. plug adaptors, tools for the BBQ etc. You will love staying in this wonderful Penthouse, the atmosphere on the Terrace is marvellous. If you are late arriving we will even get in your groceries for your breakfast, just give us a list.
